What services do you offer?
+
We provide design systems, high-fidelity website design, front-end implementation (static and headless), motion with GSAP, performance tuning, and delivery documentation. We don’t provide e-commerce payment backends or store hosting — we focus on product/marketing websites and content-driven builds.
Do you handle end-to-end builds?
+
Yes. We run discovery, design, development, QA, and deployment. We can also prepare handover docs and training so your team can manage content post-launch.
What stacks do you use?
+
We prefer modern static/headless stacks: Next.js, Astro, Vite, paired with Tailwind for UI and GSAP for motion. The stack is chosen to match your performance and editorial needs.
How fast can you ship?
+
Small brochure sites typically take 4–6 weeks. Timelines vary depending on content readiness, scope, and feedback cycles. A clear brief shortens delivery time significantly.
Can you migrate an existing site?
+
Yes — redesigns and replatforms are common. We plan SEO-safe redirects, URL mapping, and content migration to protect search rankings and traffic.
Do you provide copy or branding?
+
We refine and adapt your existing copy and brand system. For full brand identity projects we collaborate with trusted partners — we keep the web delivery tightly integrated with visual direction.
Is SEO included?
+
Technical SEO best practices are included by default — semantic markup, meta tags, fast LCP, and accessible structure. Ongoing SEO is available as a separate engagement.
What about performance?
+
We optimize CLS, LCP, and INP, use modern image formats, and recommend hosting/CDN setups. Performance is part of the baseline, not an optional add-on.
Do you maintain sites post-launch?
+
Yes — we offer retainer options for updates, security patches, and iterative improvements. We also provide handover docs if you prefer internal ownership.
How do we start?
+
DM @snaptier on Instagram or use the contact form with a short brief — scope, timeline, and a couple of reference sites help us prepare a precise proposal.
What is your typical process?
+
Discovery: brief, goals, assets, and a scoped proposal.
Design: wireframes and hi-fi screens with microinteraction notes.
Build: implementation, QA, and performance tuning.
Launch: deployment, analytics, handover, and optional support.
How are revisions handled?
+
Revisions and rounds are defined in each proposal. Typical engagements include two design review rounds and a final QA round; additional changes are quoted as change requests to keep scope clear.
Do you offer accessibility support?
+
Yes — we follow accessible HTML practices, semantic markup, keyboard navigation, and ARIA where appropriate. Accessibility is part of our build checklist.
Do you provide documentation and handover?
+
Yes — every project includes handover notes, documentation on how to edit content, and guidance for hosting and analytics. We aim for low-friction owner handover.
What do you need from us to start?
+
A short brief (goals, CMS preference if any, reference sites, and available content). The clearer the brief, the faster we can provide an accurate proposal and timeline.
